Infrastructure and security
Systems, networks, cloud platforms, security architecture, troubleshooting, and resilient operations.
The new Swearingin.com
I’m Chris Swearingin—a technologist, systems architect, founder, and builder. This is the central home for my work, projects, ideas, games, and the social platform now taking shape.
About
My career began in 1986. I became an IT Director before turning thirty, built and ran the CompuExperts computer stores and consulting business, and spent decades working across infrastructure, systems, networking, security, support, leadership, and software.
Swearingin.com brings that history together with the work still ahead: practical technology services, independent platforms, creative projects, and a better kind of social network.
Systems, networks, cloud platforms, security architecture, troubleshooting, and resilient operations.
Directing technical teams, serving customers, building businesses, and taking responsibility for the complete outcome.
Turning ideas into working systems with clear architecture, practical interfaces, and room to grow.

Experience
My perspective comes from four decades of solving real problems: leading departments, supporting users, designing systems, securing infrastructure, running businesses, and being accountable when technology had to work.
Hands-on systems work grew into networking, infrastructure, support, architecture, and leadership.
Responsible for technical teams, managers, operations, budgets, reliability, and business outcomes.
Built a technology business around service, expertise, customer trust, and complete responsibility for the solution.
Combining decades of experience with current cloud, security, software, and AI-assisted development capabilities.
