YouTube video ID:

PURPOSE

This file does NOT contain the video.

It is a small archive helper so the original video can be copied from the
publishing platform to your own local computer for long-term storage.

The Swearingin.com production server intentionally does not store the full
video file.

WINDOWS / POWERSHELL

Install yt-dlp on the local archival computer, then run:

yt-dlp --merge-output-format mp4 --write-info-json --write-description --write-thumbnail --write-subs --write-auto-subs -o "Colorado-2026\Day-01\%(title)s [%(id)s].%(ext)s" "https://youtube.com/shorts/gVg9X0xwptY?feature=share"

RECOMMENDED ARCHIVE CONTENT

Keep together:

- downloaded video
- .info.json metadata file
- description
- thumbnail
- subtitle/caption files when available
- this archive helper file

After archival, a SHA-256 checksum of the local video can also be recorded in
the Swearingin.com Results metadata without uploading the video itself.
